Every product is handmade and unique in color and texture, although it comes from the same mold. Photographs of the site are as accurate and faithful to the real product as possible, but minimal color variations and imperfections in the texture of the product are expected, as is always the case with handmade creation. The material is compact and durable, similar to ceramic. Any damage from poor customer treatment is not the responsibility of the artist.
Every product is packaged with special care so it can travel with safety.

To issue an invoice, write in the comments, at the end of your order, the details of your business or contact us.
Shipping policy for Greece and abroad
The products are sent by us 2-3 days after the confirmation of their payment. The shipment is made through the Hellenic Post Office (ELTA). Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the place of delivery. In any case, before the completion of each order, this amount is notified to the user.
When sending your order, you will be sent a confirmation email that includes a link with the tracking number of your package.
Customs and duty charges
Customs and duty charges are not included in the price of our product and are borne by the customer.
If a mistake has been made in the delivery, regarding the product type or quantity, the customer returns the products to be checked. In this case, the costs of returning to the store as well as the costs of returning to the customer are borne by the store. The return must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
In the event of a defective product, our store, after being notified immediately within 3 days of delivery and receiving the return of the defective product within 7 days, will replace it immediately by assuming the return and repayment costs.
In case of other reasons for return, contact us within 3 days of delivery to you. In any case, in order to accept the return, the product must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent. Shipping costs, in case it is not our fault, are borne by the customer and the return must be made within 7 days of receipt.
We clarify that the customer is entirely responsible for the safe return of the products back to us, in the same way that our store is entirely responsible for the safe delivery of our products to him.
We constantly update the availability of the products for sale. However, in the event of an incorrect product availability as well as in the event of an inability to send an order for a reason unrelated to the customer, our store will fully refund the money to the customer and the latter cannot claim anything further.
